Rita Brown is an international FEI competitor, USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist, Grand Prix rider, who is currently an R judge and hopes to attain her large R license in 2019.

For the past twenty-two years, she has been building her training business out of beautiful Longmeadow Farm in Scituate, MA with business partner, student, and friend, Mary Barrett Costello. During the winters, Rita heads to Wellington, FL with clients and their horses while she pursues her own riding and training goals as well as helping students of all ages achieve their own personal goals in dressage. She works with riders of all levels whether it’s amateurs from training level to Grand Prix or young riders qualifying for the North American Junior Young Rider Championships.

This coming winter, Rita is excited to have the opportunity to work at Fair Sky Farm in Wellington which is a premier facility. She hopes to develop a longterm partnership with Grand Prix rider and owner, Rowan O’Riley as well as start a small horse sales business in which full transparency and quality trained horses are sold at a fair price.

This coming competition season Rita will be showing her 11 year-old Dutch Warmblood, Carlito, in the small tour CDIs at Global as well as competing and training students horses though out the season.
