Private Horse Training Facility

Fair Sky Farm is a private training facility in the White Fences equestrian neighborhood of Loxahatchee Florida, near Wellington. It is next door to the White Fences Equestrian Center showground which features recognized dressage competitions during the winter season.

The property is divided into two separate sections; Fair Sky Farm South and Fair Sky Farm North. Fair Sky Farm South features an 8-stall barn attached to a 3-bedroom house. Fair Sky Farm North has a 16-stall barn, a 4-bedroom Groom’s Apartment and a 70-ft. storage building.

The two sections share a covered arena, round pen, outdoor arena and perimeter walking path around the entire property. The lovely covered arena has a European-style kickwall and Riso “ebb-and-flow” footing system. In addition it has a tongue-and-groove ceiling, mirrors, wifi and an audio system for practicing freestyles or training to music.

 The outdoor arena also features a Riso footing system for optimal moisture content.
