Airy and Clean

Built in 2016, this 16-stall barn has a spacious, clean feeling. The roof extends 6 feet beyond the walls to keep sun off the exterior, for a cooler experience in the Florida heat. And a chance for the horses to hang their heads out even when it rains.

It features Rower and Rubb stalls with automatic waterers. There are 3 wash stalls and 3 grooming stalls, all with half-height walls to allow more light and airflow. This comes in handy for vets and Farriers. There is a tack room with laundry and kitchenette. Feed room. Bathroom. Big Ass fans in the aisles and commercial fans over each stall and wash/grooming stall. Bug spray system.

Nearby in the storage building, our chilled salt-water treadmill is ideal for rehab or supplemental training to build strength and flexibility.

North Groom’s Quarters

Close and convenient.

The 4-bedroom Groom’s Quarters is 50 feet away, and has monitors for the barn cameras so that resident grooms can keep an eye on barn activity.

Groom’s apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Laundry. Covered patio. WiFi
